Prabhakar Singh belongs to 1980 batch of Indian Engineering Service a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur M.B.A. from Management Development Institutes Gurgaon Post Graduate Diploma in Environment Management from Institute of Human Settlement Rotterdam the Netherlands Chief Engineer in Central Public Works Department Government of India. His earlier publications of collection of poems in form of books titled Angel of Love and Life in English and Atmanubhuti in Hindi were well received by readers. These books were released by Dr. Hamid Ansari hon'ble Vice President of India. Prabhakar Singh by nature is a prolific writer poet thinker and philosopher in his own right. His present book Blessings of Love is an attempt to view the sensitivities happenings and secrets of life from a new angle which will be liked by the readers.
