Blind from birth Tonya Elliot's moment in paradise is shattered when she's attacked on the beach while on a research trip in Hawaii. She manages to fight off the unseen attacker but not before he kills her guide dog Rebel. Twenty-six-year old Larry Scott a policeman from Illinois hears her screams and runs to assist. <p>Scott becomes involved as local law enforcement begins to investigate. With the help of Scott family and friends Tonya vows to find this serial killer-rapist who manages to stay one step ahead of the law.
