White Blood Cells (WBCs) - play a role in the bodys immune system protecting against infections and diseases. Platelets - play a crucial role in blood clotting and wound healing. Plasma - the yellowish fluid component of blood that makes up about 55% of total blood volume and contains proteins hormones and waste products. It contains many more useful things. About the Author: I am a Physiotherapist. I have a long experience of 10 years as a Physiotherapist. To fulfill my long-time desire to write what I read know and understand into a book according to my father’s advice I have volunteered to write and publish this special book called “BLOOD”.
