<p>After what seemed like days of this new horrendous torture something awakened inside of him. He felt his mind returning and growing in strength a little at a time until he knew he could use it fully to his advantage. One more step to freedom. With his mental powers back he could regain his physical strength enough to escape. If he could keep their stare long enough Cheres could turn their evil back on themselves. Their malicious souls suffocated him but he kept hold of their eyes. Even with all the horrific deeds they had done flooding his mind he knew he had to keep their stare. The violence they had committed turned his stomach but it did not matter.
