Bluebell Lodge

<p><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>This is the story of eight-year-old Daisy and her family's move into their new home. Daisy encounters many shocks and surprises throughout the story as she meets with talking animals and birds fairies and mythical creatures some of whom are named after characters from Charles Dickens novels. The family join forces with the old lady who used to live in the house and their rather scary next-door neighbours to attempt to save the wood beside Bluebell Lodge from developers. The aim of this book is to make children more aware of a number of the works of Charles Dickens whilst enjoying the story and inspiring them to read the books for themselves.</span></p>
