Body composition and physical fitness in children and adolescents

This book is aimed at the entire population especially education and physical education professionals as a warning about the current situation of our children and adolescents. Reality has shown a national and worldwide increase in chronic degenerative diseases resulting from an increase in hypokinesia and obesity. This book was a survey carried out in 17 schools in the Santos municipal network with individuals from different age groups and social classes and presents shocking and very reflective results.
