Many have been the desired bodies throughout history however today children young and even old people desire bodies inspired by social networks. Using the silhouette scales as a co-adjutant in the assessments of body image is increasingly necessary in modern society as the sources of inspiration range from the healthy body to the beautiful body to their own eyes. The impact of social networks on this issue collaborates in a massive way in the process of internalization and therefore there is more and more body dissatisfaction in our society.
