The teaching of rhythmic music in basic education in different Latin American countries is somewhat irregular because the teaching of music is given in the area of art education being impossible in some cases because the area teachers are trained only in one of the art forms (Music Dance Plastic Arts Theater) limiting the teaching in the area of their training.
