Dr Frey Is A Psychologist Who Maintainsa Small Private Practice In The Bethesda -Gaithersburg Area Of Maryland. He Received Adoctorate In Clinical And Developmental Psychologyfrom The Catholic University Of America In 1971And Has Spent Most Of His Working Career Asa Clinical Psychologist And Administrator At Stelizabeth’S Hospital A Large Mental Hospital Inwashington D.C. In 1989-1990 He And His WifeMila Freire (A Well Known Urban Economist) Livedfor A Year In Brasilia And There He Continuedhis Work With Children Generating Publicationsconcerning Visual-Motor Development In Childrenand Adolescents Based On Findings With Bothbrazilian And American Children. His Interest Inphilosophy And Spirituality Has Grown Over Theyears And He Continues An Old Quest To Integrate The Concepts Of Buddhism Andchristianity Into The Framework Of Science And Contemporary Psychology.
