Born to Lead? rests on the major premise that leadership cannot be taught but fortunately most of us can learn how to be a Leader. Without citing management theories complicated diagrams or so-called styles of leaderships the author tells us what qualities make a Leader. He stresses that the true assessment of a leader comes from the people being led a novel and refreshing concept. Anecdotal references are used to exemplify leadership traits and tools under discussion.This book is a good read and those who care to learn from it can become a Leader (a person who practices leadership in his dealings with people) not just a leader (a person in a supervisory position).
