This book is the story of my life. I have shared many examples to inspire you. I offer strategies that help you identify your own pain and from there you will be supported as you initiate your own healing process. My story will offer those of you who feel stuck several strategies to restore your self-esteem and reclaim your life. The most significant thing you can take away from reading this book is the understanding that nothing is out of your reach. If you put your mind to it you can achieve anything. Throughout our lives we all have countless situations thrown our way that require us to use our negotiation skills. So often our early years are filled with trauma and situations that put us well behind the eight-ball before we even start. Often those of us who have suffered have so much to offer but we remain stuck because we listen to the voices that have infiltrated our being keeping us trapped and afraid.
