<p>Seemingly endless speculation on the chain of events that drove the once great nation of America into the dustbin of history. How agitated pockets of extreme right-wing idiocy went suddenly viral insanity gone airborne eventually infecting large sections of the population.</p><p>Now at long last a definitive first-hand account of the unfolding tragedy; not only exposing many of the primary culprits but also revealing the ultimate source of this collective derangement.
