Brazilian urban policy and the intervention instruments in the city

The Brazilian urban policy and its normative instruments for the adaptation of property will be studied here under the bias of the social functions of the city which is the central theme to be debated. It is investigated based on the sociological function of urban property as well as the problem of land maintenance the Brazilian urban system and the practical application of these instruments the components covered by the Brazilian constitutional body and by a legal system of urban policy that guarantee the total development of the cities and the well-being of its inhabitants.
