<p>Break the Cycle of Silence is a true story about the trials and triumphs of a girl who had to find her own way out of a living nightmare and overcome the anxiety that she was left to suffer with in silence because of a shame that wasn’t hers in a society that didn’t understand or want to talk about it. It is a story of heartbreak and healing with the aim of showing others that they are not alone in mental illness’ such as depression anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder; and that no matter how alone life can make you feel that there is always help and support to be found especially within oneself.</p>
