Breaking Generational Barriers for Effective Discipleship

With this work the author will describe and evaluate the ministry setting and the operation of Bethel Evangelical Baptist Church of Delray Beach Florida with the four generations existing within the congregation. The goal here is to: (1) pinpoint to the Haitian Church leadership and the Haitian Christian community the barriers that keep the church disconnected (2) provide practical strategies that can help them break the barriers (3) provide resources that can facilitate the adult generations to take their responsibilities of disciplining the younger generations and (4) formulate suggestions that can facilitate the transmission of faith from one generation to the next.
