This book Breaking the Chalk Ceiling: Fresh Dimensions in English Teaching is a product of both passion and purpose. It emerges from years of teaching reflecting experimenting and dialoguing with students and teachers who constantly challenge the boundaries of what English Language Teaching (ELT) can be.The metaphor of the chalk ceiling reflects the invisible yet palpable limits that traditional models of teaching have imposed for generations. Chalk and talk examination-centered syllabi and rigid pedagogical frameworks have long defined the experience of learning English in classrooms across the world. While these methods have had their strengths they often left little room for creativity culture technology inclusivity and critical thinking.This book is dedicated to those who dared to push against those limits - teachers who redesigned their classrooms learners who demanded more than rote knowledge and researchers who questioned the status quo. It is also deeply personal: I dedicate this work to my late parents whose sacrifices and unwavering support made my own journey as a teacher possible.
