The book presents us with the inspiring narrative of a young Jeevan who has come a long way from home in search of work. Set in the western part of India in the heart of one of the many ship breaking yards across the country the book brings out both the personal and the social status of the workers into light letting the audience into the mind and workings of a scrap yard employee and hoping to offer knowledge and awareness along the journey.
