Fenugreek (trigonella foenum-graecum L.) is a popular leafy vegetable cum seed spice crop. In India fenugreek has remained almost neglected for its genetic improvement to increase yield potential for commercial exploitation. This book mainly focuses on genetics and cultivation of fenugreek. It provides information origin plant Botany genetics breeding cultivation harvesting storing and processing of fenugreek. We hope this information will be helpful to growers extension workers and researcher. I did research on fenugreek for two years during this time I had experienced that due to its minor spices detailed content is not available and to overcome this shortcoming I decided to write this book so that the future can get enough information for the researchers from this manuscript.
