Budget Administration Performance Analysis

This research evaluates the budget administration through a performance analysis case study on Ethiopian Electrical Power Corporation. For the identified problem a feasible solution will be recommended. In order to achieve the derived objectives the study assesses the organization''s overall budget administration performance analysis. For obtaining the information both primary and secondary data were used. Primary data was conducted through interview questions. The secondary data was obtained by referring the organization''s documents and other related reports. The data was processed analyzed and interpreted in a way that helps the organization.
