Building knowledge with rural young people from Botucatu and the region

In order to conceive an education from the countryside and for the countryside it is necessary to mobilize and put into practice ideas and concepts that have long been constituted by common sense such as the (empirical knowledge) built up by family farmers traditional peoples and communities and more than that it is necessary to deconstruct paradigms prejudices and injustices in order to reverse the historically established learning inequalities between countryside and city (BRASIL 2007).
