This publication discusses the facts of the impact of bullying on children and young people in depth. Defining bullying and the typical targets and characteristics of children and young people who are actually the bullies or being bullied clearly raises the issue. The intensity of the problem is highlighted at all possible levels and typical signs and characteristics of bullying are extensively investigated.
