Bullying - Path of Crime!

O Bullying is a phenomenon as old as the school itself! The principle of the best interest of the child and the Universal Declaration of the Rights of the Child is presented in the Brazilian legislation passing through the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - ECA. This has as purpose the integral protection of the minor including against attacks persecutions and humiliations carried out by bullies or bully whose act must suffer an inhibition to avoid that the continuity induces him to the way of the crime. Bullying is perceived and felt in the school community of that municipality and its victims.
