Burning Bright

During a summer not too long ago the husband of English author Suzanne Stone took an opportunity to orate some of her poems to colleagues friends and family. Due to the positive reaction that followed those readings Stone was persuaded to reveal the extent of her extraordinary repertoire and as a result gained the confidence to produce this her debut book. Burning Bright is an anthology of life experience poems coupled with individual forewords photographic and hand drawn images. In the Foreword to the book retired Police Captain Douglas R. Mills previously of Charter Township of Clinton Police Department in Michigan writes As a people in today's world we have all experienced life's joys sorrows and disappointment. Suzanne Stone has put all these emotions in perspective.....As I reads through each one I found myself thinking Hey I've been there; I felt that; wow! she understands. I laughed I cried I felt comfort. I believe you will too. Burning Bright is the first book of Suzanne Stone's - Life Collection Series (Lcs) published by Author House. At the time of going to press Stone is progressing with books two and three.
