Burnout

This book is a travelogue - not to the Great Wall of China or the warmth of the South but through the landscapes of depression and exhaustion. I wanted it to be approachable and easy to read. I trust that it will introduce itself and find its own purpose - just as I hope those living with exhaustion will do. Let´s do our best.
