Pathways to College: The Impact of Inventive Pre-Collegiate Programs

Colorado GEAR UP uses unconventional strategies to produce some astonishing results. Utilizing an intensive case-management model early remediation interventions dual enrollment and CLEP Colorado GEAR UP has over 90% of their students graduate high school over 80% of their students attend college and a college retention rate of over 80%. These numbers are especially impressive since this was accomplished with students who were below grade level in middle school. This book is a quantitative review of the efforts of Colorado GEAR UP staff.
