This book is about laws relating to business entities operating for profits. It is natural that human beings enter into business transactions as a matter of necessity this is principally caused by well settled issues of interdependence specialization and more importantly of late by globalization which in turn is driven by widespread use of information technology. The law regulates practically all aspects of human life and with reference to business it is immaterial whether the business is new or operating as a going concern or in the process of merger acquisition or liquidation; the law still plays a significant role.
