This study seeks the development of a Business Plan to verify the opening of a coworking space in the city of Aparecida de Goiânia Goiás seeking the analysis of the demand of professional entrepreneurs and students of related areas in this region. The relevance of this planning consists in elaborating and detecting situations directly correlated to the possibility of carrying out the enterprise. Therefore given the possibility of implementing this project in the region it is expected the creation of new job vacancies contributing to local and regional development.
