But is it really the light that moves?

The important physician Victor F. Weisskopf said: the most important problems in physics can be explained in simple terms without using complex equations or mathematical demostrations .And this is the real message of the present book leaving to others the task of confirming or invalidating it with more specialist considerations what I wrote here.I just wanted to stimulate the fantasy treating old problems from an uncommon point of view and up to now I have not found contradictions in what I stated.
