<p>As a woman who experiences anxiety and as a mom who has a child with it I found it hard to teach her what it feels like. The best way I could describe it was like butterflies flying around in your tummy. That sparked the idea for this book to explain what it can feel like in different situations to have anxious thoughts or anxiety. The best gift my mom gave me growing up were some small ways I could try to manage the feeling myself when I was alone and if ever they didn't work I could reach out to people. This book is a little gift to my young self to explain what I was feeling.</p>
