<p>Setting foot onto the plane was the beginning of his never-ending fights but at the age of 3 who would have realized? Sam Oberoi left India for the UK where he was conspicuous. With little support and understanding from those he trusted he battled at school home and beyond. Sam often found himself alone through his teenage years. He had lost his identity his religion and his mother tongue which he tried to regain as he navigated adulthood. But what can a kid do when he can't assimilate? Stay out of sight. Sam learned to survive independently by keeping low. Along his journey to find belonging he tried to look for a soulmate but ended up in more turmoil.</p><p>By the Hands of Angels is the story of struggle loneliness and loss through the eyes of a child adolescent and adult who travelled from India to the UK and eventually to the USA.</p>
