It is available in paperback version. About the Author Amit Chaudhuri was born in 1962 and is a globally reputed author and academic. He was born in Calcutta and brought up in Bombay India and pursued college at University College London Oxford. He has written a number of poems novels and short stories and he also wrIt's for daily publications such as the Times and the Guardian.He was presented the Sahitya Akademi Award the highest literary honour in India in 2002 for his novel 'A New World'. He has several awards in his arsenal Commonwealth Writers' Prize Rabindra Puraskar and Encore Prize to name a few. He currently works at the University of East Anglia as a Professor of Contemporary Literature.
