Specialized parapharmacy professionals are today inundated with requests for reassurance from customers faced with the recent upsurge in serious infections. These customers veritable consultants in need of care are often at a crossroads in their therapeutic itinerary. Increasingly they are looking to the Internet for answers to their questions. For them the connected parapharmacist is a singular interlocutor. At the interface between this clientele and healthcare policies the Internet and real life the specialized connected parapharmacist could be called upon to play an important role in promoting sexual health if at least the frameworks and conditions for this action are well thought out and defined. To answer this question the dissertation will study the unique case of a specialized connected parapharmacy in Paris.
