Can Happiness be learned?

Plato by stating that all men desire to be happy had already positioned happiness as a determinant of human actions. The Greek philosophy of action also supported this idea by arguing that happiness is the only thing for which one need not ask for any other reason. I have always been interested in the study of people and psychology and the question of happiness became an obvious part of my approach. So after quickly answering the question of the universal quest for happiness in humans I came to ask myself: What are the main concepts of happiness? Do we have to seek happiness to be happy? or What leads to happiness? From all these questions I built a problematic allowing me to bring a maximum of answers: Can we learn Happiness?
