<p>It is the summer before the Presidential Election. The President is concerned his party's candidate will lose the election and with it his legacy. He concocts a plan to create a series of events that will allow him with the support of a sycophant media to postpone and in time cancel the elections. </p><p></p><p>A retired general while keeping track of events suspects that something is afoot. He puts together a coalition of retired special forces members and governors to investigate and eventually make the effort to thwart the President's audacious plan.</p>
