Captain Pete and the Dry Tortugas

This fictional story begins in Illinois where Federal Agents propose a rescue mission for Captain Pete and the sailboat Off the Wind. The story moves to SW Florida with extensive sailing to the Dry Tortugas and a side trip to Cuba. The story continues with the legal battle with the FBI Homeland Security and even a Presidential Commission. Along the way there is sailing through storms waves and wind with an occasional twist. The continuing interaction between Captain Pete and the Federal Government makes this an enjoyable yet totally believable read. The story is fiction and any reference to politicians currently in office is coincidental.
