However during a particularly ferocious vertigo attack that left him unable to move his head for hours he learned to harness the spinning vertigo and high pitched noise of tinnitus and use it as a weapon. Soon after he is fitted with cyborg hearing aka a specialised cochlear implant to hear again. Captain Vertigo uses his rare condition to fight against crime and injustice. He can uh let out these powerful farts that can uh knock out the villains distract them or in some cases even propel me him or me to safety.</p><p>Interviewer: (bursting into laughter) That's incredible! How did Fart Man develop this power?</p><p>Captain Vertigo: (shrugging) It's a mystery even to me. But I'm just grateful to have him by my side.</p><p>Interviewer: (trying to regain composure) And what does Fart Man do when he's not saving the day with his farts?</p><p>Captain Vertigo: (smiling) Oh he loves to eat beans of course. And whenever he does his powers are multiplied tenfold.</p><p><br></p>
