Cards We Are Dealt Choices We Make

Have you ever thought about reflecting on the reasons for making the life decisions that you have made so far? When my son asked me to write a book about why I made the decisions I had made during my life I found myself reflecting on my decision-making process. Not only did it take me on an emotional journey but it created an awareness in doing so. Power politics ego status tradition and survival all played a part in shaping my life. Looking back I would not have changed the decisions that I made. Looking forward I will have a better understanding of why.
