I would like to dedicate these pages to Alley Cat Allies my fellow Cat lovers and the numerous animal advocates everywhere trying to better the lives of our furry friends.Authors Bio: Herta Rousseau was born in Frankfurt Germany and lived with her husband and children and various animals in Louisiana. After she became a widow she moved to California where a number of cats adopted her. Including animals shehad many interests and hobbies during her lifetime but devotes most of her time now to helping cats.
