Very Often We Engage In Conversations With Ourselves That Allow Us To Empty What Is At The Very Core Of Our Being. Sometimes We Cast Them As Cares In Prayers To God. Amidst The Internal Baggage We Carry There Is A Wealth Of Thoughts Ideas And Feelings That Are Worth Their Weight In Gold To Friends Family And Acquaintances And Even To Those Who Are Poised To Be Blessed Simply Because We Cleared Our Minds. Catharsis Is My Personal Excavation Of Piles Of Stuff I Carry On The Inside. I Parceled Them Off In Packages Of Poetry. Sift Through The Rubble See What You Find.
