It appears that in some communities economic progress occurs naturally. However this natural cycle has not worked in some communities for many years (even decades)! Many disadvantaged (but once prosperous) communities have struggled to grow and prosper economically. Nevertheless these proud communities have many advantages and assets that can be utilized to jump-start and encourage economic growth and stability. As with all new efforts the question must be asked where do I start. I hope that the information shared in this book will help you in determining your community's needs and how to go about addressing them. The book's author Richard C.
