Peace and democracy are givens in any human society. As for citizenship it is articulated around a strong idea tending towards a national idea based on an Afrocentric (humanist) philosophy. The Central African Republic once called the Cinderella of the continent is becoming a geostrategic issue in this troubled and volatile world. But the people are demanding peace and this book aims to spark a debate on peace democracy and citizenship.The field actors and lucid politicians all have an interest in encouraging a climate and national harmony in a pragmatic spirit.
