Central giant cell granuloma (CGCG) is a Benign locally aggressive nonodontogenic lesion of the jaw. The ubiquitous presence of giant cells in numerous unconnected bony lesions makes differential diagnosis even more difficult. Clinical radiological and most importantly biochemical and anatomopathological factors all play a role in the diagnosis of CGCG.
