<p>Ray DeLuca is a former Navy SEAL and the oldest recruit in his SFPD academy class. He's also the loving son of a Sicilian mobster a capo in La Cosa Nostra.</p><p>When organized crime wreaks havoc in the Central police district of San Francisco Ray finds himself in the middle of a brutal turf war between the Sicilian mob and the Ghost Boys a local Chinese gang as they fight for control of North Beach and Chinatown.
