Certification process for healthcare facilities with Cert'icap

Health care institutions in France are subject to the regulatory obligation to obtain certification by the Haute Autorité de Santé under penalty of losing their authorization for health care activities. This Methodical Intelligence Report presents the Cert'ICAP method developed within a health care institution threatened with losing its certification. This method demonstrates that in a very short time the institution finds its way back to obtaining HAS certification.
