Cervical Cancer

Recently new drugs called immune checkpoint inhibitors have been developed that “reset” the immune system. They are useful in treating several types of cancer. Their helpfulness in cervical cancer treatment is just being discovered and clinical trials are underway to find out more because cervical cancer is highly treatable when detected early and researchers are developing better ways to detect precancer and cervical cancer.
