CFD Analysis of Microbbuble Drag Reduction

In fluid systems drag can be defined as fluid friction. This is undesirable in several instances as it reduces the efficiency of the fluid systems. Over the years there were many attempts to reduce drag. This book looks at some of the previous attempts of reducing drag in systems as well as taking a deep dive into microbubble drag reduction (MBDR). Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis is used to observe the behavior of MDBR effectiveness over a flat plate by varying fluid properties including density velocity and many more.
