On April 13 1975 a military coup ended Chad''s first civilian regime led by Ngarta Tombalbaye. The country was ruled during this time by a military council chaired by General Felix Malloum. This military regime less enlightened did not master the Chadian train and put it in an abyss during 4 years. The consequences have been felt for a long time. The fighters of the National Liberation Front of Chad (FROLINAT) take advantage of the laxity of this military regime to take power. The country entered a vicious cycle of disorder. Poverty poor living conditions bad governance and political-military unrest are the order of the day in the country. All these themes are addressed in this work.
