Here is one poem entitled Chains BrokenI thought I knew my Lord and God;. but darkness fi lled my mind.. I thought I knew my Saviours word;. most all I knew was lies.. Fear-ignorance-bondage and control. was mostly all my mind did know.. One day my life began to change. My Lord and God did rearrange.. Th e chains did break and I was free. my Lord and God He spoke to me.. my soul was starved and very dry;. His presence was for what it cried.. I love to praise His Holy Name;. Gods love has been my glorious gain.. When there are people who lead us astray;. we have to learn to forgive them and pray.. Th at their souls I will forgive;. and Gods love in them shall live. Amen.
