This monographic study is dedicated to the study of the challenges and prospects of women entrepreneurs' economic activities in Georgia. The results of the study are presented in three chapters (with 8 subchapters). The first chapter are discussed the theoretical and methodological aspects of participatory budgeting namely: participatory budgeting models and their comparative characteristics; international experience of implementing participatory budgeting. The second chapter are analyzed important issues related to the practice of implementing participatory budgeting in Georgia such as: municipal Participatory Budgeting Project Civic Budget; municipal Participatory Budgeting Project VOLIS; possibilities and ways to develop participatory budgeting models implemented in Georgia. The third chapter have been identified organizational and methodological issues for implementing participatory budgeting in Georgia namely: specifics of Participatory Budgeting Implementation operational principles and requirements; proposed participatory budgeting models and their selection procedure; key actors and working procedures of the participatory budgeting model.
