This book talks about changes/challenges we sometimes face in our life. And how to love and value ourselves heal ourselves and most importantly motivate ourselves to become the best version of us. Some of us may not know how to deal with changes especially the bad type of change that may happen to us. It could be the death of someone you know that has impacted you mentally physically and emotionally or mental health we develop over the time and how to overcome a hard time/mental problem. As teenager/adults we tend to think that we are the victims in this life dealing with inner problems and how messed up we are surrounding ourselves with negative people which cut people off and punish ourselves for that reason of being victims in our heads and we think that all these ill feelings will never pass. There's so many things and so many ways that God is still making us mature so stay strong and trust God. All you need is to love yourself. Do not search for love and validation from someone else it has to come from within. Don't be upset if you've ever been heart broken or left alone. Remember people come into your life to teach you a lesson. Their disappearance is the biggest lesson for you that they are not worthy of being in your life not even for a single minute. Your energy does not match theirs. You should be glad that they left you. Learn how to say NO don't always say yes. Set boundaries and find the positive in every situation and remember to keep your mind in the present because you only have control of the present not the past.
